On Saturday 21st February Paul Golding's Britain First intend to march through the centre of Manchester, demanding "Remigration" and spreading their politics of hatred and fear. Locals intend to show that they and their divisive rhetoric aren't welcome.

Britain First's deputy leader isn't particularly subtle about their political leanings
In some ways this is looking like a rerun of last August's march, with Britain First once again gathering near Piccadilly Station and heading to St Peter's Square to watch some terrible propaganda videos and incoherent speeches from Paul and his Reichsleiter Ashlea Simon. Stand Up To Racism (SUTR) has once again called for a counterdemo to muster at Piccadilly Gardens. A heavy-handed targeted policing operation saw many autonomous antifascists kettled near Piccadilly Station last year, allowing the fascists to march with minimal opposition.
In an effort to mitigate state oppression this time around, Resist Britain First is calling for opposition to assemble slightly away from Piccadilly Station, in Sackville Gardens, M1 3WA. There has been a callout to other nearby towns and cities to bolster the ranks of the locals in countering the fascist march. As such a number of people are heading across the Peaks on Saturday morning, and we're asking as many people as possible to join us on the streets of Manchester. Travel light and be prepared for a long day.
